Influenced just as much by Black Flag as Black Sabbath, Godhunter worships at the altar of the riff and creates a raw wall of sound that refuses to follow conventional patterns. Their debut full length 'Wolves' achieved some great reviews and now the band is ready to up their game with 'City of Dust'. Slated for a February 15th release it is definitely being added to my watch list, for the time being check out the first single from the album. Its a mix of hardcore vocals on top of a churning backdrop of doom metal creating a rather unique sound that I am unfamiliar with but could definitively get used to.
